Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct end-to-end business analysis across various product lifecycle stages from discovery and requirements gathering to solutioning and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define business needs, assess impacts, and develop feasible solutions.
• Partner effectively with UX designers to translate ideas into user‑centric prototypes and business solutions.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with technical teams and project goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, user interviews, and other discovery sessions to gather and validate requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Criteria as below

• More than 4 years experience as Business Analyst.
• Good team player, independent, keen to learn and has strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on experience in various stages of product lifecycle from discovery, requirement gathering, solutioning up to delivery.
• Hands‑on experience in conducting business analysis, product discovery, stakeholder management, solutioning up to delivery.
• Able to work effectively with UX designers in prototyping and translating ideas into effective business solutions.
• Preferably has experience in using JIRA and Confluence.
• Preferably has IT related degree.
