We are looking for a Senior UX Designer / UX Lead who combines a deep understanding of human behavior, cognitive psychology, and design thinking to craft exceptional user experiences. You will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and executing UX strategies that transform complex challenges into intuitive and engaging digital solutions.
What you will be working on
- You will primarily be responsible for planning, specifying and executing the design work for the product or project.
Research & Discovery
- Plan and execute discovery work, including user interviews to gather user feedback, workshops, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and gathering insights to understand user needs and pain points.
- Plan and execute the analysis of research findings into actionable insights, drawing upon your extensive experience in interpreting human behavior, cognitive biases, and decision-making processes.
Design & Prototyping Excellence
- Plan and execute work to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Plan and execute the creation of low- and high-fidelity prototypes for testing concepts with real users, gathering feedback to iterate on solutions based on proven understanding of user mental models and interaction patterns.
Continuous Improvement & Iteration
- Plan and execute iterative efforts to improve on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and the design team, applying your expertise in human-centered design principles and behavioral psychology to optimize user experiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that the designs are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints, whilst advocating for user needs based on your comprehensive understanding of user behavior and experience design.
Tool Recommendations & Implementation
- Recommend and implement appropriate UX tools and methodologies to enhance design processes, research capabilities, and team collaboration efficiency.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional UX design experience with demonstrated expertise in understanding human behavior, user psychology, and cognitive principles that influence digital interactions.
- Proven track record of applying behavioral insights to create intuitive user experiences that drive engagement and achieve business outcomes.
- Extensive experience across various UX tools and techniques including design software, prototyping platforms, research tools, analytics platforms, A/B testing tools, and design thinking/service design, journey mapping, and accessibility testing.
