Responsibilities

• Ensure the up-time and proper functioning of assigned GRAs IT systems.
• Develop annual maintenance plan and service plan for assigned systems.
• Manage procurement activities related to the systems.
• Respond to user requests for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Work with Contractors to resolve operational issues.
• Implement system enhancements on time and within budget.
• Respond to periodic audits.
• Manage application fixes and patches as released by manufacturers.
• Harden systems to comply with WOG standards.
• Ensure systems are free from security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with system owners and business users on improvements.
