As Digital Partnerships Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic relevance of Workforce Singapore’s (WSG) digital ecosystem –including MyCareersFuture for job listings, CareersCompass by MyCareersFuture for content syndication, and digital event collaborations. You will lead the end-to-end development and management of high-impact partnerships with digital platforms, public and private organisations, IHLs, and content creators. Your goal: To drive user engagement, increase lead generation, enrich content offerings, and contribute to Singapore’s broader Career Health narrative. This is a cross‑functional role a involving forging strategic partnerships, business development, and digital content distribution – ideal for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, building mutually beneficial relationships, and delivering successful outcomes aligned with both organisational priorities and public service missions.
Partnership Strategy & Development Develop and iterate the digital partnership strategy in line with evolving business goals and platform priorities. Conduct ecosystem mapping and market scans to identify high-value partnership opportunities across online job portals, government agencies, IHLs, commercial platforms, and community organisations. Design personalised partnership models that drive impact, especially among jobseekers, mid‑career professionals, and growth sectors etc.
Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement Lead end-to-end partner engagement, from pipeline development and value proposition pitching to contract negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management. Demonstrate agility in execution, reviewing partnership strategy based on platform performance, audience behaviour, and partner feedback. Act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment. Develop joint engagement plans with partners, including co‑marketing, content collaborations, webinars, and virtual events.
Platform Growth & Audience Engagement Drive user acquisition through partner‑driven initiatives. Collaborate with the internal content and marketing teams to amplify reach and relevance of key career messages through partner channels. Track and optimise partnership performance using key success metrics (e.g. traffic growth, conversion to leads, content engagement, etc).
Strategic Alignment & Innovation Ensure partnerships reinforce business strategies and priorities, including digitalisation, lifelong employability, and career resilience. Explore new partners, partnership models and innovation pilots that extend the reach and relevance. Proactive in keeping updated on digital trends, platform behaviours, and emerging engagement channels.
Operational Excellence Oversee daily partnership operations, focusing on service reliability and KPI achievement. Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution between internal and external teams.
