Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E subcontractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in handling general contracts and various tender documents.
• Provide budget costs or estimates as per instruction.
• Liaise with suppliers for products and services presentations.
• Identify solutions for technical issues during tender preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments on tender documents and related issues.
• Follow up with suppliers/contractors regarding bills and quantities.
• Evaluate and check market unit rates for materials and labor on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Hand over tender documents and costing to the project team once the tender is awarded.
• Attend site show rounds for tenders of interest.
• Respond to tender clarifications and prepare for tender interviews and presentations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
