Responsibilities

• Assisting in the overall day to day maintenance and operations of building
• Monitor and ensure that the systems operate smoothly in accordance with the design specifications
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure all contractors complete the repair and maintenance work within the timeline
• Responsible for the co-ordination of tenancy fit out works and monitoring of fit out acitivities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate or its equivalent
