Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to assist in supervising M&E works on site. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant construction experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing subcontractors, and liaising with authorities. This role is essential to ensure quality and timely delivery of engineering services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Preferred experience in building projects.
• Core-trade Supervisor certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist M&E Coordinator to supervise site work.
• Monitor and control the progress of M&E works based on the schedule.
• Resolve site matters related to M&E services.
• Check quality of material and workmanship.
• Arrange for site inspections with consultants.
• Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants.
• Check materials delivered to site.
• Manage subcontractors' works and progress.
• Liaise with authorities for the commission of work.
