Job description

M&E Site Supervisor cum Logistic Planner

Read and Interpreting design schematic and drawing for Mechanical & Electrical services proper installation on site.

To attend site daily progress meeting conduct by builder for sequence of works matter.

To ensure all M&E subcon follows the sequence of works as per Maincon schedule.

To ensure any temporary M&E services required on site is provided for Site installation.

To monitor and update all M&E services site progress works.

To checks and inspect between project drawing and site installation is install as per approved drawing.

To arrange and conduct Mechanical and Electrical installation site inspection with Client Representative, after Subcon have complete their installation work on site.

To check and ensure M&E subcon provide and submit their site As built drawing, before closing of all ceiling and enclose area.

Working with Sub-contractors and Builder & Architectural team on site for M&E installation and test & commissioning.

Co-ordinate with MEP suppliers of major equipment delivery schedule that is directly purchased by CHEC.

Co-ordinate with Construction team the deliver schedule and time for site delivery.

Co-ordinate with Construction team and booking Tower cranes for Major equipment delivery.

Assist & co-ordinate major equipment suppliers and CHEC site lifting team for hositing of equipment to respective MEP floors.

Assist & co-dinate major equipment supllier to prepare lifting plan, RA & SPW and application of permit for major equipment delivery.
