Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is looking for a skilled site supervisor for M&E works. You will supervise daily installations, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with subcontractors. The ideal candidate has a technical diploma and at least 3 years of experience in M&E supervision. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily M&E installation works on site, including electrical, plumbing, ACMV, fire protection, and ELV systems.
- Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate services routing, hanger levels, and installation sequencing for pipes, ducts, and equipment.
- Identify and report clashes or discrepancies with structural and architectural works early to prevent rework.
- Oversee subcontractor manpower, monitor work progress, and ensure proper workmanship and quality control.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports, and maintain accurate records of site tests such as pressure tests, insulation checks, and functional testing.
- Assist consultants and authorities during site inspections (e.g., PUB, EMA, SCDF) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities to ensure that all M&E systems achieve operational readiness prior to handover.
- Work closely with the M&E Coordinator, Project Engineer, and other site teams to resolve technical or coordination issues promptly.
Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services.

- Sound understanding of M&E drawings, installation methods, and site coordination practices.

- Good problem‑solving, coordination, and communication skills to work effectively with consultants and subcontractors.
- Able to manage multiple trades and ensure progress, safety, and quality targets are achieved.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar software will be an advantage.
