Job summary

Hua Leong Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an M&E Site Supervisor to manage on-site M&E works and assist the M&E Manager, PM and PD, while coordinating planning and manpower for builder’s works.

You will supervise internal and external teams, ensure subcontractors follow schedules and drawings, identify clashes and conduct coordination meetings.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and QS, oversee inspections and TOP submissions, and ensure smooth workflow through project completion.

Responsibilities

• In charge of M&E site works and assist M&E Manager, PM and PD.
• Plan, coordinate and order M&E equipment, materials and manpower into site with the incorporation of builder’s works.
• Plan weekly & monthly work schedule, controlling and monitoring on M&E site work and reporting to Higher Management.
• Supervise and liaise with internal team, subcontractors and other parties for settling technical issues to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ensure M&E subcontractors follow the builder’s schedule and approved drawings & specifications.
• Identify clash between M&E work and other parties, specify alternative design and construction methods as needed.
• Conduct M&E coordination meeting & site walk with subcontractors, consultants and client.
• Oversee inspections of all M&E installations and finishing, and arrange inspection for RTOs, RE and client.
• Check and verify the monthly progress payment, variation orders raised by M&E contractors before submit to QS and PM.
• Liaise with client, consultants, structure & architectural team and subcontractors.
• Works on drafting shop-drawing if necessary
• In-charge of M&E related authority submission and submission of M&E RI to acquire TOP certificate.
