Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projects.
• Experience in supervision of Building/Mechanical/Electrical Services installation for local developments.
• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Engineer and Job Manager with technical and design issues.
• Conduct regular site checks and report observations.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Attend site meetings and maintain inspection records.
