Job Title: M&E QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ID8169)

Location: Aljunied, Singapore

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9am -5pm

Salary: $4000 - $6000

Job Description
  • All Contracts administration works
  • Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
  • Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
  • Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender驾 stages
  • Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
  • Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
  • To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
  • To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication аҿы
  • Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
  • To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
  • Risk analysis evaluation
  • Feasibility studies
  • Any other adhoc duties when required.
Requirement
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Construction industry
  • Good written communication skills

  • Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
