Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage contract administration, prepare tender documents, and ensure accurate cost estimation. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, with relevant experience in M&E projects considered an advantage. This full-time role involves both office-based tasks and site meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in M&E projects is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre and post tenders.
• Prepare contract documents.
• Sourcing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Verify subcontractors claims and contract documentation.
• Review and prepare agreements with subcontractors.
• Attend project site meetings when necessary.
• Assist with other ad-hoc projects and duties.
• Draft shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and finalization of accounts.
• Responsible for measurement of quantities.

• 5.5 days 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm
• S$2,800 - S$4,000
• Office :Toa Payoh ; sland-wide site

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre and post tenders
• Prepare contract documents
• Sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers
• Verify sub-contractors/ suppliers claim, contract administration and documentation
• Review and prepare agreements with sub-contractors/suppliers
• Attend project site meetings if necessary
• Other ad-hoc projects or duties assigned
• Drafting of shop drawings/as built drawings
• Assist administration paper work if necessary
• Prepare monthly progress claim, V.O , finalization of accounts
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
• Liaise with Managers, team members, customers, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Perform duties as assigned
