Job summary

A leading construction services firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to manage tender evaluations, project budgets, and cost estimation. The ideal candidate needs experience in evaluating tenders, preparing project budgets, and assisting in contractual claims assessment. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with additional Saturday hours as needed. Salary ranges from $2800 to $4000.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparation of tender submissions and Bills of Quantity.
• Ability to calculate construction costs based on drawings and documents.
• Skills in monitoring project budgets and costs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tenders and prepare submission documents.
• Establish database for costs, materials and suppliers.
• Assist in assessing contractual claims and work progress.
• Invite sub-contractors and evaluate quotations for projects.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and cost estimates.
• Monitor and track project budgets.
