Job summary

Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of QS experience is required.
  • Must be independent, resourceful, pro-active, and responsible.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Tabulate quantities, estimate costs, and request for quotations.
  • Update contract documents, drawings, and correspondences.
  • Submit progress claims and site valuations.
  • Prepare Variation Orders for submission.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
  • Ensure the timely completion of tender assignments.
