Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Quantity Surveyor in construction.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and contract forms.

Responsibilities

• Handle contracts and progress claims.
• Assist manager on contractual matters and variation claims.
• Support manager in cost estimation, quotations, and cost comparisons.
• Liaise with consultants on contract-related issues.
• Assess and prepare sub-contractor's claims.
• Prepare final accounts.
