• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in industrial, commercial or data-centre projects.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within a short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to determine project scope, costing, and requirements.
• Manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and support tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals, handle variations and claims, and support dispute resolution.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities, assess cost and contract risks, and prepare regular cost and financial reports.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.
