Job summary

A construction recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to supervise and monitor mechanical and electrical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in Auto Revit MEP is an advantage. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Job description

Work Location: Home to Site (Various Location depends on Project)
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Salary: Up to SGD 4,800(Basic) + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect, coordinate, and monitor all M&E works and installation schedule activities on-site.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure proper execution of works.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on site progress, challenges, and risk mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Auto Revit MEP will be an added advantage
