Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an applicant for project management assistance. Responsibilities include supporting the PM in project takeover, organizing resources, updating project management tools, conducting site inspections, and managing Testing and Commissioning activities. Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in M&E or ACMV construction projects.
• Candidates without academic qualification may apply with project references.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in project takeover through kick-off meetings.
• Organize resources and allocate tasks to teams and sub-contractors.
• Update project management tools daily and ensure documentation is proper.
• Inspect installations and conduct on-site inspections with clients.
• Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) and prepare reports.
• Design corrective actions for scope and schedule issues.
• Assist in project demobilization and handover to customers.
