• Plan, schedule, and supervise M&E work on site.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and resource allocation for M&E installations.
• Develop and review mechanical and electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for building services.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines for design coordination.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
• Ensure all M&E works are perform on time within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Any other duties assigned.
