Job summary

LIAN SOON CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a disciplined Mechanical/Electrical Engineering professional to support project sites in Singapore. You will attend client/consultant meetings, prepare progress reports, and coordinate submissions of drawings and clearances.

You will produce CSD/RCP for submission, conduct site inspections, and maintain inspection records. The role requires a degree/diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least 3 years in construction, and proactive,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry.
• Independent, self motivated, proactive.
• Experience with Electrical/ACMV contractor will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend client/consultant meeting with progress report when required.
• Material/equipment/shop drawing submission and clearance with consultant when required.
• Produce CSD/RCP for submission.
• Site coordination and inspection.
• Maintain and document all inspection form.
