Responsibilities

• Participate in the scheduling and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems implementation
• Oversee on-site activities and maintain close communication with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
• Handle change requests from clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and report updates to the Head of Projects or Project Lead
• Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle
• Assess and validate documentation and submissions provided by subcontractors
• Follow construction protocols and enforce safety guidelines, ensuring work meets quality expectations during inspections and testing

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5–10 years of experience overseeing M&E works in construction
• Brings along A&A conservation Interior Design experience
