Job summary

A facility management company in Singapore is looking for a skilled maintenance technician to install and maintain various building systems. The successful candidate will perform troubleshooting and general repairs, ensuring safety and functionality. Ideal applicants should have a Higher Nitec or 'O' Level in Engineering and at least one year of relevant experience, including the ability to work shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Nitec / 'O' Level in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the building operation, M&E maintenance.
  • Able to perform shift work and work on weekends and PH.
  • Experience in trouble shooting of breakdowns/faults and performing service recovery is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Install, assemble, and disassemble jobs.
  • Ensure secure and proper fitting for all installations.
  • Perform troubleshooting and rectify issues.
  • First-line troubleshooting of M&E equipment like electrical tripping, leaking, etc.
  • Carry out routine checks on M&E equipment.
  • Perform a variety of general building repairs.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams.
  • Attend to building defects and security issues.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
