  • Manage Corrective & Repair Work. ManageMaintenance & Repair Works Service Report and Checklist. Experience in SOR & STAR Rate Quotation submission to clients
  • System Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including M&E systems, fire alarms, and air-conditioning units.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within the M&E systems, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
  • Supervision:Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance work, often involving contractors and service providers.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections to assess facility performance and ensure all systems function correctly.
  • Reporting:Create and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, progress, and technical issues to clients and management.
  • Coordination: Work collaboratively with clients, facilities teams, and contractors to address technical issues and manage projects.
  • Education: A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building/Facilities Engineering is usually required.
  • Experience: A strong background in facilities maintenance operations is often a plus, though specific requirements vary by role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and lighting.
