- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within the M&E systems, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
- Supervision:Coordinate and supervise M&E installation and maintenance work, often involving contractors and service providers.
- Inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections to assess facility performance and ensure all systems function correctly.
- Reporting:Create and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, progress, and technical issues to clients and management.
- Coordination: Work collaboratively with clients, facilities teams, and contractors to address technical issues and manage projects.
- Education: A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building/Facilities Engineering is usually required.
- Experience: A strong background in facilities maintenance operations is often a plus, though specific requirements vary by role.
