Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise all M&E maintenance related work services.
• Manage M&E works and services for effective and efficient M&E facilities performance.
• Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work.
• Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues.
• Attend M&E related meetings and involve in the preparation of related reports.
• Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical, electrical works.
• Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works.
• Prepare and follow- up closely on the client inquiries and quotations.
• Follow the company internal work processes and documentation.
• Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high quality standards.

Requirements

• Engineering or Building / Facilities Management related qualifications.
• M&E Facilities operations background with at least 3 years of experience will be an added advantage.
