Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, material samples, and method statements, ensuring all parties are informed of the latest revisions and updates.
  • Attend project and technical meetings to address and resolve site-related issues with owners and consultants, ensuring smooth project progress.
  • Verify that all site works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements, and ensure subcontractors promptly rectify any non-conformances.
  • Conduct weekly M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing of works and to brief site supervisors accordingly, preventing clashes and rework.
  • Liaise proactively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues quickly, minimising delays in construction progress.
  • Ensure that all relevant project documentation is properly maintained, updated, and prepared for ISO audits.
  • Work closely with the Safety Department to carry out assigned duties in compliance with safety procedures, including the management of permit-to-work requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services and equipment testing to ensure the site is ready for authority inspections and approvals.
