Job Summary
  • Salary details: $ 3,000.00 - $ 4,000.00
  • Working Days and Hours: Mon to Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm; Alt Sat 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise mechanical and electrical works on-site to ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Ensure all work follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate mechanical and electrical drawings and prepare combined service drawings.
  • Conduct quality inspections, coordinate with the site engineer and technical officer, and ensure timely approval to keep the project on schedule.
  • Keep all inspection, testing, and commissioning records up to date.
  • Review and verify variation orders and progress payment claims from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Verify and confirm the work completed and materials supplied so that mechanical and electrical subcontractors and vendors can be paid accurately and guide them in preparing the required progress documents.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure all site activities comply with safety procedures.
  • Attend daily site meetings and coordinate work closely with subcontractors.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
