• Translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

• Oversee permit applications, authority submissions, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Manage and administer project tenders, contract documentation, and cost estimation processes.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring M&E installations adhere to approved designs.
• Conduct risk assessments and troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Prepare project reports and technical documentation.

• Basic up to $6,500 + VB; Phone & Transportation Allowance

• Develop and refine Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering designs in alignment with project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering drawings and specifications while providing technical leadership to ensure the proper implementation of M&E systems.
• Engage and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution, facilitating effective communication to align expectations and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee permit applications, authority submissions, and regulatory compliance processes to ensure adherence to local building codes and industry regulations.
• Manage and administer project tenders, contract documentation, and cost estimation processes to ensure accurate budgeting and efficient procurement.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring M&E installations adhere to approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, ensuring timely progress and adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
• Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate decision-making.
