M&E Drafter

Job description

• To perform drafting for M&E projects like commerical unit, Industrial unit, F&B outlets, retail outlets etc (ie. electrcial single-line, power and lighting layout, air-con layout, fire protection layout, plumbling layout, gas plumbling layout, exhaust & fresh air layout)
• Submission of shop drawing to main-con / building management for vetting and revised accordingly
• To update final as-built drawing as per installation on site
• Liaise with consultants for the BP & FP submission work
• To compile project folder for the final as-built drawing and submission to main-con / building management
• Follow up with quotation for some ad-hoc work
• Process knowledge on auto cad and microsoft office
• Keep track with the servicing schedule and liaise with contractors / service team for performing of the maintenance work
• Apply for PTW, submission of RA, MOS & SWP
