Job summary

Sisco Jobs, on behalf of our client in Singapore, is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to lead coordination of mechanical and electrical works across project sites. You will review drawings, liaise with engineers, subcontractors and site supervisors, and ensure installation aligns with approved documents.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MEP systems, strong site execution knowledge, and a disciplined approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• M&E coordination experience in construction or building-services projects.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E layouts, shop drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, consultants and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E installation activities across project sites.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, specs and technical docs.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and site supervisors.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure conformance with drawings.
• Identify clashes between M&E and other trades and coordinate resolution.
• Support testing, commissioning, and quality control activities.
• Maintain progress reports and technical records.
• Ensure M&E works meet safety procedures and project requirements.
