Job summary

Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate M&E activities, working closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to handle submissions and secure approvals.
• Monitor construction processes on-site to ensure adherence to relevant standards, codes, and safety protocols.
• Prepare, revise, and review M&E drawings in AutoCAD, with Revit MEP/BIM proficiency considered a plus.
• Conduct inspections on M&E systems, including Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm installations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure the designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, manage revisions, and generate as-built and submission documents.
• Assist with site measurements, verify the completion of works, and support additional project tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/Degree in related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit MEP or other BIM software is beneficial.
