• Assist in planning and sequencing M&E works.
• Review M&E drawings to identify discrepancies.

Job description

• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
• Assist in planning and sequencing M&E works to prevent clashes with architectural and structural trades.
• Review M&E drawings against other disciplines to identify and resolve discrepancies before site execution.
• Monitor site progress and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Manage Testing & Commissioning (T&C) coordination, including schedule preparation and documentation tracking.
• Maintain and compile all project documentation, including as-built drawings, approvals, and inspection records.
• Facilitate authority submissions (BCA, SCDF, PUB, etc.) and ensure timely preparation of required documents.
• Support QA/QC activities through site inspections, material verification, and monitoring of rectification works.
• Coordinate with the WSH team to enforce safety compliance, including RA, SWP, and permit‑to‑work adherence.
• Mentor and guide M&E Supervisors to enhance their technical, coordination, and site‑management skills.
