Responsibilities

• Coordinates with consultants and clients on all M&E matters.
• Monitors work progress and provides feedback to Project Manager.

M&E Coordinator (LTA Projects Experienced/Construction Industry)

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
• Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
• Attend Coordinating Meeting
• Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
• Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager

Requirements

• 5 years of working experience in LTA projects.
• Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services
• Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants, to plan and handle drawings details
• Knowledge in Auto Cad, BIM, Revit is preferred
