Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft M & E system drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Support Construction phase with shop drawings, testing and commissioning documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, Civil contractors, architects and other M & E contractors to resolve interface issues.
• Plan, manage and cost effective delivery of M&E systems.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site.
• Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in M & E engineering or related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficient in M & E design software
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations and standards
