Purpose and Scope
  • The Coordinator – M&E is responsible for overseeing the installation, coordination, and quality assurance of mechanical and electrical systems on‑site within built environment projects. This role ensures that M&E works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The engineer collaborates with contractors, consultants, and other site personnel to resolve technical issues, conduct inspections, and support efficient project delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
  • Responsible for M&E Works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary etc.
  • Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co‑ordination of M&E Works.
  • Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
  • Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimally 3 years in construction industry with direct experience as a M&E coordinator/site engineer.
