Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate who will coordinate and oversee M&E works, supervise construction activities, and draft technical drawings using AutoCAD. The ideal applicant holds a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and has 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, while experience with Revit MEP will be a plus.

Job description

This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee M&E works, collaborating with clients, contractors, and local authorities to manage submissions and obtain necessary approvals.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring all operations comply with applicable standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Draft, update, and review M&E drawings using AutoCAD; proficiency in Revit MEP/BIM is a bonus.
• Perform inspections of M&E installations, including Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure designs are accurate and compliant with project requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of drawings, manage revisions, and prepare as-built and submission documentation.
• Assist in site measurements, verify completed works, and support other ad-hoc project tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher NITEC/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Architecture, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP or other BIM software is beneficial.
