A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an M&E Coordinator to lead and coordinate M&E works within various trades. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ACMV, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems, along with proficiency in CAD software. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position offers a salary range of $3200 to $5000 based on experience.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related engineering fields.
Strong foundation in ACMV, Electrical, ELV, P&S and Fire Protection systems.
Proven track record in M&E CSD (Combined Services Drawing) coordination with local Main Contractors.
Able to coordinate multi-trade M&E works (ACMV, ELECT, ELV, P&S, FPS etc.) to meet maintainability, access, clearance and end-user requirements etc.
Knowledge of Singapore design codes and good engineering practices.
Good knowledge of local codes, standards and regulatory requirements for M&E services.
Familiar with reading BIM models, identifying clashes and resolving coordination issues.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and Revit/BIM viewing platforms.
Experience with Civil Defence (CD) shelters, gas/blast protection systems or DFMA is an advantage.
Lead and coordinate CSD for ACMV, Electrical, ELV, P&S and FPS trades, ensuring compliance with maintainability, access, height clearance and operational requirements.
Review drawings, plans, and specifications to identify clashes and coordination gaps.
Work with drafting teams to prepare/review coordinated drawings, section cuts and mark-ups.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and specialists for technical and design clarifications.
Support DfMA coordination where applicable, ensuring accurate routing within module constraints.
Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, code requirements and quality standards.
Attend site walks to monitor progress, verify installation quality and highlight coordination issues.
Maintain proper documentation of coordination decisions, drawings, submissions and site records.
Perform any other related duties assigned to support project delivery.
