• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Well-versed in AutoCAD.
• Relevant experience in Singapore in Commercial / Building and Civil Projects.

Responsibilities

• Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants and clients on M&E requirements.
• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress is on schedule.
• Prepare as-built drawings for submission.
• Coordinate submission and approval of shop drawings and supervision.
• Identify discrepancies and assess M&E sub-contractors claims.

• Up to $5,500 + AWS & Bonus
• A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
• 6 days (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, with no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet - possibly making it 5.5 days)

Responsibilities

• Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, sub-contractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
• Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
• Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
• Identify discrepancies, assess and recommend M&E sub-contractors claims
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior Management

Requirements

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Well versed in AutoCAD
• Relevant experience in Singapore in Commercial / Building and Civil Projects.
