Job Description

• Liaise and coordinate all M&E works with other trades on-site, to ensure they complete within programme
• Review and align M&E drawings with structural and architectural plans
• Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission
• Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary
• Assess, prepare and submit progress claims to project consultants & subcontractors
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and related components
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that M&E works meet safety and quality standards
• Ensure contractors comply with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 4-5years of relevant experience in supervision of M&E works installation
• Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD
• Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
• Able to work independently
• Good safety knowledge and attitude
