A prominent construction firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced engineer to coordinate MEP works and ensure compliance with contract specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry, a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and strong knowledge of local M&E standards. Responsibilities include supervising works, liaising with clients, and preparing necessary documentation.

• Understand contract requirements for MEP works, review MEP design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
• Coordinating M&E matters on site and liaise with clients and consultants on work progress to ensure works are in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations
• Prepare M&E program and submission schedule
• Prepare / Plan all drawings required to meet submission deadline
• Draft plans and detailed drawings from sketch and prepare combined service plans
• Supervise, monitor and inspect all M & E works to ensure quality of work
• Provide support and arrange the necessary required inspections

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in local construction industry
• Good knowledge in local M&E related standards & requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with CAD softwares
