Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to supervise and monitor M&E installation works. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, planning activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Job description

The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  1. Supervise and monitor M&E installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  3. Plan and schedule M&E activities to align with overall project timelines.

  4. Inspect and test M&E systems, identifying defects and ensuring proper installation and functionality.

  5. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.

  6. Ensure that all work adheres to local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.

  7. Identify and resolve site issues, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting where necessary.

  8. Liaise with M&E managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of M&E works.

  9. Monitor material usage and ensure resources are utilized effectively.

  10. Maintain accurate site records, including work progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.

  11. Assist in procurement planning and materials management to prevent project delays. Facilitate communication between site teams and office-based project teams
