Job summary

A local construction company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional for site supervision and engineering responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a relevant Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience, preferably with HDB projects. The role includes reviewing specifications, coordinating M&E works, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Experienced in HDB projects will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
• Perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works.
• Review design M&E drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications.
• Preparation of reports as required.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Any other duties as assigned.
