Job summary

CORE BUILDING SPECIALISTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Construction Coordination Lead to manage trade coordination, scheduling, and site control for smooth project progress. You will prepare coordination drawings for submission and review subcontractor shop drawings and samples.

Attend site meetings with consultants and clients, approve work sequences, and prepare maintenance manuals after completion. Requires 5 years' local construction experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in local Construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with all levels of people.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Understand the works and coordinate among all trades.
• Scheduling of project, implementation, monitoring and exercising site control to achieve smooth progress of all activities.

• Preparation of Progress Reports and feedback on sub-contractor performance periodically.
• Attend site meetings for liaising between consultant and clients for their needs and requirements.
• Evaluate and approval for work sequence and method statements submitted by subcon.
• Preparation of Operation Maintenance Manual upon completion of work.
• Maintain good workmanship and satisfactory completion.
• Assist in work site safety to achieve a Safety First Working Environment.
• Lead the team of workers to full efficiency.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the Company.
