Qualifications

Minimum Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore as M & E coordinator in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.

Experience in Civil Building construction projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, all aspects of M&E works.
• Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Manage M&E subcontractors, submission of method of statements, drawings, materials, samples.
• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.
• Attend MEP and client/consultant meetings.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Coordinate & supervise M&E works carried out by sub-contractors that are in accordance with specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
• Perform design layouts of new or existing space including drawing sketches and incorporate them into CAD file.
• Coordinate with BIM team.
• Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.
• Able to conduct QAQC on BIM models.
• Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
