Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Civil Engineer to coordinate M&E works. The role involves ensuring compliance with specifications, site supervision, and CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in LTA MRT projects. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with LTA MRT experience.
• Good knowledge of M&E specifications and drawings.
• Understand M&E specifications/drawings/scope/sequence of work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with M&E consultant and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Site supervision for M&E installation.

Job description

Responsibility:

• Coordinate with M&E consultant and System-wide service Contractors (SWCs) on project to ensure compliance with M&E specifications and achieve quality aspect of M&E works
• Coordinate with M&E sub-contractor for material approval and site installation
• Prepare and manage of SWC sign-off drawing and MEP clearance
• Site supervision for M&E installation
• Attend to System-Wide service Contractor (SWC) coordination meetings and communicate with construction team for smooth site installation.
• Understand existing BIM (Revit) and edit BIM model in detail upon request
• Assist Design manager on tasks assigned

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Building Management or Construction Management or equivalent)
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with LTA MRT experience
• Good knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
• Understand M&E specifications/drawings/scope/sequence of work
• Team player with good inter-personal skills
