Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a project coordinator specializing in M&E matters. Qualifications

. Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule

• Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
• Attend Coordinating Meeting
• Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
• Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services
• Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
• Able to plan and handle drawings details
• Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants
• At least 5 years of working experience in HDB (BTO) / integrated development project.
• Knowledge in Auto Cad, BIM, Revit is preferred
