Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Identify/check drawing discrepancies.
• Prepare method statements and material requisition.
• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Monitor daily work activity schedules.
• Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Inspections of work by sub-contractors.
• Ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied.
• Site monitoring inspection and liaison with local authorities.
• Ensure all works are in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Monitor daily work activity schedules.
• Report defects in materials and workmanship.
