Job description

Working Days & Hours: 5 days, 9am - 6pm

Work Location: Aljunied

Salary: $3,000 - $6,000

Requirements
  • Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying) or similar
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in Construction industry
  • Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
Job scope
  • All Contracts administration works
  • Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
  • Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
  • Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
  • Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
  • Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
  • To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit
  • To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication
  • Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account
  • To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts
  • Risk analysis evaluation
  • Feasibility studies
  • Any other adhoc duties when required
