Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to lead a team of coordinators and Modellers. Responsibilities include overseeing M&E works in large scale projects, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring standard compliance. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in M&E management and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
  • Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit.
  • Proven records of successful project completion will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers.
  • Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
  • Coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors.

Job Description
  • Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
  • Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
  • Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
  • Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
  • Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing
  • Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
  • Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems
  • Supervise the progress of works on site;
  • Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
  • Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities
  • Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
  • Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regards.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
