Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd seeks an M&E Assistant Project Engineer to support ACMV and aircon ducting works at project sites in Singapore, located around Pandan Loop. The role targets candidates with 1–2 years in construction or M&E and a diploma in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities include planning, coordination, site reporting, documentation, and assisting in testing, commissioning, and handover. On-site work offers exposure and growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction / M&E.
• Experience in ACMV, air-conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination and execution of M&E/ACMV/aircon ducting works at project sites.
• Prepare and submit product catalogue data, shop drawings, methods of statements and O&M to client.
• Provide daily site work status reports to management.
• Manage site matters and documentation for assigned sites.
• Ensure work on schedule within contract scope.
• Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
• Participate in testing and commissioning with subcontractors/contractors/consultants.
• Train clients before project handover.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

• Location:Pandan Loop




• Working days: 5. 5 days (Mon - Sat)




• Working time: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri) ; 8AM - 12PM (Sat)




• Salary: $3000 - $5000 (Depends on Education Background and Working Experience) + Transport allowance (reimbursement)

Job Responsible

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of M&E / ACMV / aircon ducting works at project sites.




• Prepare & submission for product catalogue/technical data, shop drawing, method of statements and O&M to client.




• Provide simple daily reports of work status and reported to management.




• Responsible for all site matters and all documentation for sites assign.




• Ensure site work on schedule and according to the scope of contract.




• To resolve conflicts and attend site meeting.




• Participate in all testing & commissioning with sub-contractors/main – contractor & consultant.




• Conduct training to client before project handing over.




• To assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.




• 1–2 years of experience in the construction / M&E industry.




• Candidates with experience in ACMV, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation or aircon ducting projects will have an advantage.




• Working Experience in Construction line at least 1-2 years.
